These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "You") and w999 ("w999," "the Platform," "We," "Us") governing all use of the website at w999.site and any related mobile-optimised interfaces, subdomains, services, and products offered under the w999 brand.

Your use of w999 is also governed by the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept those policies in full.

These Terms apply to all activities on the w999 platform including, without limitation: account registration, login, depositing funds, placing bets, accessing live casino tables, playing slot games, claiming bonuses, submitting withdrawal requests, and all communications with w999 customer support.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one (1) w999 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, different names, different payment methods, or any other technique — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts at the time of closure may be forfeited.

During registration at w999, you undertake that all information provided is:

• Accurate, complete, and truthful at the time of submission.
• Kept current — you must promptly update your w999 account details if any registered information changes.
• Your own — you may not register using another person's identity, mobile number, or payment details.

w999 conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification as required by its international gaming licence. KYC documentation — including a valid national identity document (CNIC) and a recent photograph — must be submitted and approved before withdrawal privileges are activated on any w999 account. w999 may require additional documentation at any time to satisfy ongoing anti-money-laundering ("AML") obligations.

All player accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT deposits are automatically converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit credit.

• The minimum deposit at w999 is PKR 100 across standard payment methods.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• w999 charges zero platform fees on all deposits; any charges applied are solely those of your payment provider.
• w999 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit source as part of AML compliance procedures.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once funds have been credited to your w999 wallet.

Withdrawals from w999 are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account used for the player's most recent deposit ("same-source rule"). w999 may request additional verification before releasing withdrawals to a new payment destination.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200. The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily limits are displayed within the Account dashboard.
• w999 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15–30 minutes for verified JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business hours.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed if triggered by w999's fraud detection or AML monitoring systems.

w999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations. Where an investigation results in confirmation of a violation, w999 may forfeit the relevant balance without prior notice.

w999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player and once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Bonuses may only be used for the eligible game types specified in the individual promotion. Attempting to use a bonus on an ineligible game type will result in the bet being voided.
• w999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be exploiting bonuses through coordinated wagering patterns, multi-accounting, or other forms of bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended and bonuses forfeited.

All bets and wagers placed at w999 are subject to the specific rules governing each product category. General rules applicable across all w999 gaming products include:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the w999 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Bets placed after the official start time of a sports event, or after the betting window has closed on a live casino table, will be voided and stakes returned.
• w999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous or mispriced odds value. Players will be notified of void decisions and stakes returned promptly.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Live casino outcomes are determined by real physical events at licensed studio tables. w999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game and per market are displayed in the game interface before any wager is placed.
• All settled bets are final. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be submitted to w999 support within 72 hours of the disputed settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w999 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one w999 account under any circumstances.
• Using another person's identity, payment details, or credentials at any point.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering through the w999 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, exploit games, or manipulate the platform in any way.
• Systematically exploiting pricing errors, software bugs, or data feed delays to gain an unfair advantage ("arbitrage abuse").
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables to gain an advantage over the house or other players.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information to w999 at any point, including during KYC or support interactions.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or account closure decision made by w999.
• Using the w999 platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use w999 for personal gaming purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any w999 content without prior written consent from w999.
• You may not frame, scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the w999 platform.
• Trademarks and brand names displayed on the w999 platform belong to their respective owners. Use of any third-party trademark without the owner's consent is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w999 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — relating to the platform and its services.

• w999 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• w999 does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or delay-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party network failures may temporarily affect platform availability.
• w999 is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Gambling involves inherent financial risk. By using w999, you acknowledge that you may lose money wagered. w999 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred by players on the platform.
• Where local law requires that certain liability limitations do not apply to you, w999's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by that applicable law.

w999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the player's w999 wallet (net of any outstanding bonus obligations or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of identity verification.

w999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
